Dr. Celeste Baker DiCarlo is an optometrist dedicated to providing thoughtful, comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages in Denham Springs and Livingston Parish. She continues a family legacy of compassionate care while helping the practice offer modern solutions for vision, eye health, dry eye, and more.
Dr. DiCarlo was born and raised in Baton Rouge. She is an alum of St. Michael the Archangel High School and Louisiana State University. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree, graduating summa cum laude from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis.
She enjoys caring for children, adults, and families, with a special interest in helping patients manage dry eye symptoms. During a comprehensive eye exam, Dr. DiCarlo takes the time to understand each patient’s symptoms, lifestyle, and long-term eye health needs before recommending care.
In 2020, Dr. DiCarlo purchased Louisiana Eye Care from her mother, Dr. Cynthia Baker, who established the practice in 1985. She was also named a 2024 Livingston Future 5 Award recipient by the Livingston Parish Chamber of Commerce, recognizing young professionals who demonstrate career growth, community engagement, and vision for the future.
Dr. DiCarlo is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Louisiana Optometric Association. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Vincent, and their children, little Vincent and Lucille.
